I first met Michael over the phone,(which rang once BTW), when I was beginning to look for a condo in NE Edmonton. Michael was always willing to arrange for any condos I was interested in viewing, and also immediately informed me of any new listings. Micheal was always punctual and conducted himself in a kind and professional manner. After a wonderfully successful result in finding my new home, I sought Michael’s service to sell my previous house. He was very honest, unbiased, and helpful throughout the whole process, beginning with great suggestions on what upgrades or changes he felt would appeal to potential buyers. My house had several offers even before the For Sale sign went up, and sold in less than 2 weeks. I couldn’t have been more pleased!

I would absolutely recommend Michael to anyone I know, for either selling or buying a new home.
